May River Oyster Company is committed to your satisfaction.  If you’re not delighted by your purchase we will gladly replace your order or refund your money, whichever you prefer. 

 

Please be aware of the following guidelines:

• Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase date.

• Product must have been purchased from May River Oyster Company.

• Unused product must be returned to our facility so we may better improve our quality control.

• Shipping charges are refundable only if products were delivered late or damaged in transit.
